Remote Labor Cot are designed to help women cope with the stress of childbirth by offering comfort and support throughout the process. The positions can be varied according to the comfortness of the patient using a Remote, hence this is a remote controlled device. Construction is done with mild steel pipes, flats, and sheets. The lower part is made up of three sections: the head lift, the body section, and the lower part. The parts are designed to suit a padded mattress that can be removed from the bed for easy cleaning. Head Section: Mounted on a frame with ratchets that allow the head to be raised from 0 to 30 degrees at any angle from the body section. Body section: Mounted on robust supports that may be elevated using a wired remote and a linear actuator.
